Frequently asked questions

Does XAU Terminal give investment advice?
No. It is an information tool: it shows news, published data and charts. It makes no buy or sell recommendation and does not take your personal situation into account. See the risk warning.
Can I place orders or connect my trading account?
Not from the website, which is a monitoring workstation. The Windows app, included in the subscription, connects to your own MetaTrader 5 installed on your PC: orders are then sent by your MetaTrader to your broker, never by this site.
Where does the data come from?
Public news feeds from major publishers (headlines, short excerpts and a link to the original article), official sources (Federal Reserve, US Treasury, FRED, CFTC), an economic calendar, TradingView (charts and quotes) and Yahoo Finance (US rates). Details are on the Sources & transparency page.
Are prices real-time?
Quotes are indicative and may be slightly delayed depending on the market. They must not be used as the basis for executing an order: always check the price with your broker.
Is the news available in English?
Yes. The terminal and the Windows app can be switched between French and English at any time. Headlines are shown in their original language (mostly English) in English mode, and automatically translated into French in French mode.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, at any time from the “My account” page. You keep access until the end of the period already paid.
Is my payment data safe?
Payment is handled by Stripe. XAU Terminal never sees or stores your card number.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes, from any browser. The interface is designed for large screens but adapts to phones and tablets.
