1. Purpose
These terms govern the subscription to the online service XAU TERMINAL (“the Service”), published by [First and last name], sole proprietor (SIRET [SIRET number]).
2. The Service
The Service gives access to a market information terminal (news, economic calendar, macroeconomic data, quotes and charts) on the web and as a Windows application. It provides no investment advice and executes no orders. See the risk warning, which forms an integral part of these terms.
3. Account
Access requires a personal account. Credentials are strictly personal: an account may be neither shared nor resold. The publisher may suspend an account in case of abusive use (mass extraction, redistribution of data, credential sharing).
4. Price and payment
The subscription price is displayed on the Pricing page before subscribing, VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code (CGI). It is paid in advance by recurring payment through Stripe, each period (monthly or yearly depending on the chosen offer). A free 3-day trial is offered; a bank card is requested at sign-up and the subscription is charged automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends from the “My account” page.
5. Term and cancellation
The subscription renews automatically each period and can be cancelled at any time from the “My account” page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current, already paid period.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. As the Service is digital content supplied immediately, you request immediate performance of the Service at the time of subscribing and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed (art. L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). During the free trial you may cancel at any time at no cost.
7. Availability and liability
The Service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of continuous availability or of the accuracy of third-party data. The publisher's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law; it can in no case be engaged because of investment decisions taken by the user.
8. Intellectual property
The subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use. Any systematic reproduction or redistribution of the displayed content is prohibited.

10. Mediation and governing law
Any consumer has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge: [name and contact details of the consumer mediator]. These terms are governed by French law.
